Car Doctor may collect contact and customer-account information, authentication identifiers, inquiry messages, appointment and service-location details, and vehicle information. Vehicle information may include registration documents or images, mileage, maintenance records, diagnostic codes, battery readings, technician findings, and other files supplied for or created during a diagnostic visit.

How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, operate customer accounts, schedule and deliver services, maintain vehicle history, produce diagnostic reports, process transactions, and send requested email or WhatsApp service notifications. Final wording must define each lawful purpose and the choices available to customers.

Storage and protection
Customer, inquiry, vehicle, appointment, maintenance, payment-reference, message, upload, and report records are retained with role-based access controls. Uploaded registration or vehicle images and generated reports use private storage and authorized delivery routes. Final retention periods, deletion procedures, backup rules, and technical and operational safeguards require business and legal review before launch.

Third-party services
The finished platform may use approved providers for hosting and email delivery, Tap Payments for payment processing, Meta for WhatsApp messaging, and Google for optional sign-in. Car Doctor does not collect card details directly. Final wording must identify the providers actually enabled, the data shared with each, international-transfer considerations, and links to their applicable notices.
